Well that's all the tubs and jars re filled with ingredients and drink stuff. All scone mixes prepped. Diabetic fruit cake baked and cooling. Huge pot of fresh veggies chopped ready for soup making session first thing tomorrow. Just set my alarm as on top of a marathon cake bake tomorrow we have to clean the house ready for a viewing at 3.30pm .....we also have to squeeze in another clean on Saturday ready for another viewing at 4pm. Fingers crossed peeps please xx

All the tearoom cleaning is complete. Every single item has been washed up and every cupboard and shelf scrubbed or polished. Just have the store cupboard to fill with food supplies now.

Well we are making huge inroads into the spring cleaning. All the curtains washed and re hung. Pictures dismantled, cleaned and re assembled now re hung. Walls washed, windows cleaned and TOM has his list ready for tomorrow so he can carry on in my absence.

Ok .... we have not found a buyer yet so... the countdown has begun to this years opening. Good Friday 3rd April it is then. Busy re- designing the menu's and then a major washing up marathon is called for.
