Join us at the In Touch Cafe this Monday! 💚
Pro-seed to the table 🌱

Join us on (allegedly) the most depressing day of the year, Monday 20th January, for a morning of seedy frolics at the Frome Medical Practice café.

With less than a month to go, we'll need all the help we can get to sort and pack our seed donations in time for THE event of the year, the Frome Potato Day & Seed Swap, happening this year on Sunday 16th Feb, 10 until 3, at the Cheese and Grain.

All equipment will be provided, and you don't need to have any fancy botanical knowledge to get involved. Just pop along to the cafe from 10am and get stuck in.

Rumour has it there will be free cake.

🎄🎄🎄 An alternative to Santa's Grotto?
In Touch Café is hosting 2 Christmas Sessions for children (and adults 💚) on the 19th and 23rd.
Our Special Santa Helper - Dumo is available for photoshoots, our lovely elves will run some wonderful workshops and games and with each donation (£5 per child would be lovely) a child will
get a festive drink (hot chocolate or a spiced apple juice) and a festive, wrapped present.
I also heard (from a very reliable source) that Dumbo will have a 'Good List' at hand and he will let the Santa know... 🎄🎄🎄
