Hello Taco lovers and Friends. Due to visa uncertainty, I have decided not to open the taco truck this season. I may get to stay here or I may have to leave at a moments notice back to the states depending on what The Ye Olde UK Government decide for me. Thanks for coming and supporting me and St Winnow Farm when you did! I hope you liked the San Antonio Tex-Mex Maid tacos and salsa! It's very sad not to serve you, but get a hold of me if you want home catering or tortillas for a taco Tuesday or any parties or events. I'm happy to cook for you on my off time! Taco 'bout it...

Today's pick: tomatoes galore! I may be closed now for my teaching year but that doesn't mean my Tex-Mex Maid prep is on hold! Next year's salsa in looking pretty good already...

Yay for books! Yay for true histories of the US!

This week's special: Red Enchiladas! Take two corn tortillas then sauce them with an earthy (not spicy) chile sauce, fill with either cheese and onion or ground beef, fold and sauce again! Served hot and melty to warm you up when May is struggling to do so.

My first real week open and it's this wind and rain for weather!

My hours as of now are Wednesday to Sunday, Noon to to Six pm.

I just shut the truck's order/open flap because of the wind danger here.

If you want to brave the blustery weather and pick up your order from the cottage at St Winnow , you can still make takeaway orders till 5:45pm for Tomatillo pork tacos with flour or corn tortillas. Add on a perfect dessert of chocolate fudge cake to top it off!

Had birthday drinks with London friends on Saturday! So great to see them as always. We laughed we drank we cried at Headless Cam( last photo is a doozy). Thanks, friends, for being there!
