Ever wondered where we source our beef? The short answer is right here on Logie Estate where our cafe is located. Managed by Panny and Alasdair Laing, the herd of Logie Longhorns was founded in 1982. The cattle are naturally reared, producing beef with a traditional quality and flavour rarely found nowadays. Longhorn cattle, the breed that originally made British beef famous, are one of the oldest traditional breeds.

Set in the stunning surroundings of Logie Steading, this is a great opportunity to work in a beautiful location as part of a welcoming, close-knit team. The cafe is open seven days a week and also boasts several fun events throughout the year, including live music session every Sunday.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being customer-facing and providing great service with a smile, is reliable, hard-working and willing to get stuck in and is happy to turn their hand to a variety of tasks and help wherever needed.

It’ll be Scott Ramsay entertaining you this Sunday at the café. Scott is huge hit on the café’s live music sessions. Scott is an acoustic singer/songwriter/loop maestro from Elgin. His musical style is pop/rock with little pulls from R&B and Folk. His influences include Elton John, Queen, The Eagles, although he plays a wide variety of songs from over the decades with his own unique takes and arrangements. The café is open from 10am and on Sundays as well as the regular menu, you can also tuck into the succulent roast beef with all the trimmings.
