📣The Coffee Box & Bistro is back open tomorrow! 👏🏽😍
We’ve made some exciting changes to our little space, to help support our kitchen…as we continue to get busier! 🫶We’ve also tweaked part of our customer seating area, and gave the shop a little refresh & TLC ✨
PLUS…there is MORE to come in the coming weeks/month to help improve our shop even further!💥

It may not seem much to some people…but this last 5 days have been ALOT 😵‍💫. I’m not a big company. Im a one man band. I don’t have any financial backing. I have myself and myself only. I’m open 7 days a week, which is why we’ve had to close to complete the works required.
The 5 days closed equals NO income coming in, bills/rent still to pay, new equipment & materials to buy 🤑.
To top it off, I’ve been ill all week with the flu 🤧 and no excuses but to power through 💪
But… we did it!!!
And when I say we…I need to do a few shoutouts 📣…

The first & BIGGEST shoutout is to my AMAZING HUSBAND 🫶. You are literally SUPERHUMAN 😵‍💫😍 he works away on the Riggs, and gets home & has put all his energy into helping me turn my vision into life! His skills are just insane… he has built counters, built a custom table, tiled, grouted, painted, fitted & plumbed a sink, amongst the rest 😵‍💫🔨 and every night when we got home after 12 hour days…you looked after your poorly wife 🥹 forever grateful for you ❤️

Second shoutout is to my father-in-law Kevin 🫶…Jamie’s right hand man! You’ve shown up every day this week & provided so much help & ideas. We literally couldn’t have achieved what we have without you 🙌

Big shoutout to my mother-in-law Sue & my step-mum Rach who helped power wash & tidy up our outside space from all the working DUST 😵‍💫, and helped me clean/tidy areas of the shop! Superstars 🌟

To both sets of my parents for helping me out with childcare this week whilst my busy mum guilt kicked in in full force 🥲🫶 (even got a lovely meal delivered on one of our late night evenings at the shop 😍)

And finally to my staff for understanding the loss of shifts this past few days 🙏 & especially to Julie for helping out on a few of the days! Little diamond you are 🥰

We’ll be CLOSED from Monday 28th September while we give The Coffee Box & Bistro a little renovation! 🤎

We’re hoping to have everything finished and be back OPEN by Friday 2nd October 🤞🏼☕️

We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on 👀 There’ll be a few changes, a fresh new prep area and hopefully an even better Coffee Box waiting for you on the other side!

Cosy season has officially arrived at The Coffee Box & Bistro 🤎☕️

We’ve put together a little line-up of autumn favourites to see you through the season… think Pumpkin Spiced Lattes, Cinnamon Bun Cold Foam, warming Butternut Squash Soup, Fall Fruit Porridge, Apple Crumble French Toast and, of course, our indulgent Terry’s Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate 🍊🍫

And if you fancy something a little stronger… our Apple Pie Spritz is waiting for you too 🍎🥂 (sooooo good by the way! 😋)

Our Autumn Specials are in addition to our full everyday menu, so all your Coffee Box favourites are still here! 👏🏽

A little heads up for tomorrow 💚☕️

We’re open 7 days a week and only close our doors a handful of days throughout the year, so finding time to get the whole Coffee Box team together can be tricky!

Spending time together outside of work is really important to us, so tomorrow we’re closing a little earlier than usual for a much-needed staff get-together 🥰

🌿 Open from 9am
🍳 Brunch only
⏰ Last orders at 12 noon

We’ll also be opening slightly later on Monday at 10am ☕️ to ease the staffs most likely sore heads! 😵‍💫😂
