But when your friendship with the bride and groom is built on a solid foundation of feeding each other sweet treats, it felt like such an honour to make this for their special day.

The bottom tier is chocolate fudge cake, followed by salted caramel and topped with a classic Victoria sponge 😁

PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES 🤤

These were my first attempt at gluten free brownies and they were a success! I replaced the flour with ground almonds and they still came out nice and fudgy.

Lots of peanut butter and salted peanuts throughout made these the perfect nut-lover’s dream!
