Just popped into to see Tom aka 'the sexy butcher' and pick up the 4th course for Wednesday nights pop-up at

This is a 60 day dry aged Picanha or rump cap from a 100% organic grass fed Ruby Red cow. Tom personally checks the welfare and wellbeing of all the animals he uses at the butchers by regular visits to farms. As you can see he's very proud of the product he sells!!!

Home from our Madieran excursion, whilst there visited the main fish market on the island. Beautiful Tuna and Scabbard fish expertly processed with the mongers rather large knives.

Looking forward to working with local oyster man to provide you with the freshest seafood for Wednesdays pop-up, still a few tickets left so get in touch!
