Spaghetti Carbonara made with the best Italian ingredients. Guanciale (is a traditional Italian cured meat made from pork jowl or cheek) Rummo one of the best Italian pasta and parmigiano reggiano to finish the dish 😋 🍝

Every Thursday I’m going to be doing a market trader spotlight for Fakenham charter market. Taking a look at some of the traders, what they sell and their history with the market. Fakenham market has been going since 1250 and is still a bustling market to this day. By doing these videos I’m hoping to shine a light on the traders and draw even more people to support this fantastic market town and the amazing traders / shops that are a part of it.
