Many congratulations to Simon, our Pastry Chef, who has been named Lympstone Manor's latest Employee of the Month.

Simon consistently demonstrates exceptional skill, creativity and attention to detail. A valued member of the kitchen team, he approaches every service with professionalism and dedication.

Simon also recently joined Michael Caines MBE and the Lympstone Manor team at the launch of the new Porsche Destination Centre. The team prepared the canape menu created by Michael Caines, with Simon supporting and guiding hospitality students that joined the team for this event helping them gain invaluable hands-on experience at this prestigious event.
