Homemade quadruple layered cookies and cream chocolate gateau, finished with homemade chantilly cream made with Langage Farm Dairy cream, chocolate sauce and crushed cookies...oh, and an Oreo for good measure 😉

And that's JUST how we like it: we are super grateful to everyone coming from all over Devon to grab an ember feast - we never envisaged being the reason for your mid-week roadtrips but we love it! 😉💚

-Quattro Formaggi: Gorgonzola DOP, Gruyere, cheddar and Fior de Latte Italian mozzarella on our San Marzano tomato sauce base.

-Slow cooked woodfired pulled shin of beef paired with our signature garlic mushrooms and caramelised onions all piled onto our homemade peppercorn sauce base and topped with Fior de Latte Italian mozzarella finished with our homemade beef marrow bordelaise sauce.

Ember X Greendale 🔥💚

We are super excited to announce that we have been asked by the lovely Greendale Farm Shop to cater for the final after hours Cars & Cuppas meet of the summer on the 4th of September 🎉🎉

Obviously we are bringing our A-Game (as always) and are looking forward to bringing Gino the big green van with our full 12" epic ember menu, as well as added extras and homemade cake! 🍰👌🍕

It's the final day of the school holidays AND there's over 300 cars expected plus spectators so we will be set up and ready in the afternoon for any early birds 😉

This event is open to anyone who wants to come along so come and make an evening of it! 😘💚

A beautifully soft-baked cookie pie filled with our very own maple and sea salted mixed nut fudge tablet, served with rich Devonshire clotted cream from Langage and finished with an irresistable white chocolate drizzle. 🤍

Extravagant, gooey and utterly irresistible - every element was made to create the perfect balance of sumptious buttery sweetness, rich maple, salted nuts and velvety cream in every bite 🤤
