With a background as a skilled Patisserie chef, Lynne has honed her craft in some of the finest boutique hotels in the South West. Her 30-year career kicked off under the guidance of Joyce Molyneux at The Carved Angel in Dartmouth. Renowned for maintaining high standards and meticulous attention to detail, Lynne prioritises local ingredients, always ensuring that taste and flavor take precedence.

A supplier to many local deli’s, cafes and restaurants over the past 15 years and in response to growing demand,
Lynne has joined forces with her daughter, Charlotte, to launch a new venture dedicated to expanding the cake kitchen and bakery. Situated in Honeybourne near the charming village of Broadway in the North Cotswolds. Our brand-new, purpose-built cake kitchen and bakery will debut this February.
