A wee reminder that tomorrow (Friday) will be the last chance to grab some real sourdough bread before we take a pause until the 14th July. We will be baking our catering loaves next week only for our restaurants and chefs. Thanks for your understanding as we are a small crew that needs their holidays too 💚

We will have a limited supply of bread tomorrow morning (Monday) as we were struggling a bit last week. I will also be announcing our Summer retail delivery schedule that will carry us to September so stay tuned tomorrow morning. What a week that was, we baked bread whilst we baked ourselves. I want to put a big high five out there to our team who showed up early, dealt with cramped conditions and got the bread out. Thank-you so much for choosing our JTB Original Sourdough over poorly made bread. It's amazing to have this level of enthusiasm about what we do. The new place is coming along and we will be baking bread in there come August. Have a lovely weekend and see you soon. 💚

Clobbered together and perched at the edge of table mountain a stoney templar bump watches us as we sleep

When I'm on island in skin-town on paget I know when I squint I can see it the stones that were thrown

I climb the Cairn on Cullciagh and forever see it in the distance and whether I'm home or returning home

Father-hood gives me this same feeling like a comforting ancient hug squirming and wriggling with worms and stuff
