🔥 We’re very excited to finally share some news that has been in the works behind the scenes for quite some time...
Some of you may already have spotted a few teasers online, seen new branding beginning to appear on uniforms, online, or even tried some new products at recent shows! Well, after a little confusion around some of our new graphics, we thought it was time to officially share the news...
From January 2027, Molly’s Meals Skye will start a new chapter. Rising again as 🐦🔥Phoenix Bakes & Catering! 🐦🔥
When Molly’s Meals Skye began, we originally planned to be a food-prep business — something a little like Gousto. Over the past year, however, the business has evolved enormously, and we realised the name no longer represented what we had become or where we wanted to take things next.
We’ve been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to develop the Phoenix identity, from our new look and branding to the food and flavours that will shape this next chapter.
Phoenix will be inspired by Highland flavours, folklore and fire, with a smoky influence running through what we do. We’ll be making the most of ingredients from the croft, alongside produce from local Skye suppliers, creating something that feels much more connected to the island and to our story.
There’s still plenty more to reveal between now and January, and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on — including plans for our launch pop up next year!🔥 (Stay tuned!)
For now, we just wanted to finally make it official, so there was less shock when it all happens
