True authentic naan bread requires patience, skill, and intense heat. ♨️

At Khushi's, we take real pride in the careful process behind every piece of bread we serve. Our chefs knead the dough entirely by hand, allowing it time to rest and develop the perfect light texture.

The real magic happens inside our traditional tandoor oven. We expertly press the fresh dough directly onto the extremely hot clay walls. It bakes in moments, bubbling and charring beautifully while remaining incredibly soft on the inside.
