✨ BIG ANNOUNCEMENT ✨
✨FINAL WEEK OF SERVICE ✨

As some of you may already know, GMF’s spot at the Tap Room is coming to an end this week!

We’ve had an amazing time at Ampersand Brewery, growing GMF into what it has become. When GMF first started a year and a half ago, I never imagined it would be as well received as it has been. It’s been an extremely fun and challenging journey and I’m excited for the next chapter of it.

I’d like thank all our customers for your continued support on the GMF journey. The constant positive feed back from all our fantastic customers has been hugely motivating for my self and the team. We have loved getting to know you and cooking for you all.

None of this would have been possible without Andy and the whole Ampersand team being such great hosts. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to serve great food with great beer, and creating a unique experience for the people of Diss.

Last but not least a massive thank you to my amazing staff. Roxanna, Liv, Amelia, Harvey and Lily and everyone else that has helped along the way. You’ve all been pivotal in helping me build GMF, going above and beyond. I couldn’t have done this without all your help 🙏🙏

I’m taking a break after this week - but we’ll be back in the new year with some really exciting projects and menus lined up! Stay tuned!!

Behold the coronation-ish chicken sourdough wrap, onion bajhi, pickled cucumber, curried lentils, mint yoghurt, mango chutney and spinach.

Serving till 9:00 tonight. Music on in the day with playing groovy tunes from 2-6pm and a folk band from 7.30 till late.

🥳 BANK HOLIDAY OPENING HOURS 🥳

The beginning of the 4 day weekender is nearly upon us.
It will be 5 days of great tasting food, superb fresh beverages, and groovy tunes being banged out. Be sure not to miss out this week, it’s going to be a belter.

We’re buzzing to get things kicked of Wednesday evening, with our tasty wings and very popular cauli bites.

Friday and Sunday will be burgers, and sourdough Saturdays with our artisan sourdough wraps. Keep your eyes peeled for a few new specials😋
