NEXT SATURDAY we’re back with another gluten free pop up bakery at Claude's cafe from 4pm! 🥐🍪✨

I am doing some recipe testing at home before next week’s pop up. Rainy day = cinnamon swirl weather 🌧️🤎

There is nothing better than a warm, gooey cinnamon swirl when it’s absolutely miserable outside 🤤

And luckily for you… they’ll be back our pop-up next Saturday 🤎

The sweetest way to say happy birthday, thank you, congratulations or just because 🎂💌

Because sometimes a handwritten message just needs a little buttercream, too✨

PSA: Our gluten free caramel squares are available at Claude's cafe 👌🏼 The perfect addition to your cup of coffee ☕️

The kind of chocolate brownie that needs absolutely no introduction 🤎🍫

Rich, fudgy, chocolatey and very difficult to share… and the best news? You can always grab one at Claude's cafe☕️✨ Perfect with a coffee!

We have been brainstorming ideas to reduce the queuing time at the next pop up at Claude's cafe and we have finally cracked it…

✈️ PRIORITY POP UP QUEUE NOW AVAILABLE *✈️

Maybe Ryanair are on to something 😂

*unfortunately this is just a joke and no priority queue will be available (can you tell my 9-5 job is a lawyer)

My vote is for Claude's cafe!! Get voting for the best cafe in town 🫶🏼☕️

Right Derry, let’s get the kettle on! ☕️

We’re back at it with another one, and this time we’re asking where Derry goes for its caffeine fix, a bite to eat and a bit of craic.

The morning cuppa'
The lunchtime catch-up.
The wee sweet treat.
Or that café you somehow spend three hours in hoggin their wifi! 😂

There’s plenty of grounds for an argument here, so let’s see who comes out on top.

No judges.
No sponsors.
No paid placement.

Just Derry having its say.

And aye, we know Derry takes its coffee seriously… so don’t latte someone else decide for you 👀☕️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along to yesterday’s pop-up at Claude's cafe 🥹🤎

I know the wait was long at times (and some of you travelled so far!) I’m so grateful for everyone’s patience and understanding. I’m going to take some time to think about how I can reduce the queuing time at the next pop-up, any suggestions do let me know!

It honestly means the world to see people turning up and supporting something I’ve built from scratch.

Until the next one… 🥖✨
