Good evening, Members!

Here's how to access the gym with our new member software, Gymmaster.

A brief summary:

FIRST – Make sure you have downloaded the app: https://www.gymmaster.com/app-download/

SECOND – Make sure you have updated your billing information by selecting Account on the home screen.

Once you have logged in, you'll see simple options at the top of the screen to access the door:

OPTION 1: Tap "Scan" and scan the QR code on the doors.

OPTION 2: Tap "Check In" – this uses Bluetooth to open the doors.

OPTION 3: If you prefer not to use your phone:

• During staffed hours – ask a member of staff to buzz you in.
• Outside staffed hours – press the Secure24 intercom to be let in.

Longer term, key fobs will also be arriving, and you'll be able to collect these from our Front of House team.

After months of battling to change our page - we thought we would simplify this and set up a new page.

Welcome to all!

For those who don't know our story - Infinity Fitness took over from Pride Fitness in April this year.

We have spent the past 4 months gradually changing the fundamentals of the gym and the systems it uses to improve the Member experience and safety of the site.

We have recently launched Gymmaster software to our Members which is going live on Wednesday 30th September.

We are also installing Secure 24, a 24 hour system that ensures access is smooth and also if accidents occur you have immediate access to the relevant services.

A huge thanks from the team here for sticking with us during this period of change, we appreciate its never easy but improving your experience matters.
