After receiving so many incredible entries, Mrs Walker has now made her decision.

As this was a photo competition, the winning image was chosen purely on the photograph itself. There were so many beautiful moments captured over the years that it certainly wasn’t an easy decision.

Alongside the amazing photographs, we were also touched by the wonderful stories you shared. Reading about your weddings, anniversaries, family celebrations and special memories at Statham Lodge has been a real privilege. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share them with us.

Congratulations to Ali Alison, whose beautiful photograph captured Mrs Walker’s attention. As a lovely coincidence, Ali and her husband were also the very first couple to hold a civil ceremony at Statham Lodge back in September 1996, and they’ll be celebrating an incredible 30 years of marriage next month. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who entered. We loved looking back through decades of memories and seeing how Statham Lodge has been part of so many of life’s special moments.

We were delighted to welcome the Mayor of Warrington to Statham Lodge Hotel for the launch of an incredible new specialist dementia day care service from The Rainbow Care Group.

Founded by brothers Brad and James Crompton following their own family's experience with early-onset dementia, this inspiring initiative provides a warm, welcoming and person-centred environment for individuals living with dementia and much-needed support for their families and carers.

It is a privilege for Statham Lodge to be chosen as the home of this fantastic service in Lymm, and we look forward to supporting The Rainbow Care Group as they make a real difference to our local community.
