SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT …

we’re gonna be back before you know it :) would like to thank you all for your continued support, the private messages and your patience, it’s been quite overwhelming after our sharp exit from The Wheatsheaf, again something completely out of our control.

However ...the good news is we have secured a new premises and somewhere with our own seperate dining area and somewhere we’re looking forward to building a warm welcoming, pleasant dining experience for our customers :)

We have quite a bit of work to do to get ready and back in business making our Carvery better than ever . please follow the page for more announcements of our re opening date very soon

Customer announcement - as of immediate effect Wild Thyme Kitchen will no longer be a part of the wheatsheaf Darlington , I won't go into all the details but we were left in an impossible situation where the only result was us having to leave.

I am however extremely proud of what we had achieved and we're growing week in week out to bring you guys the best carvery option we could and I would like to sincerely thank all of our new and returning customers for your continued support for Wild Thyme Kitchen, really means everything to us.

We are gutted but some things just aren't meant to be, I'd like to hope we will be back soon with a new venue to pick up where we left off, please follow the page for future updates.

Would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came down yesterday I over loaded on the cooking so we managed to keep the carvery alive till 3.30 your continued support means the world to me and with a new manager and lease off life in the place things can only get better a great 1st week for him. Going put this out there cos I appreciate all u feed back and suggestions.

Question 1 should I have more vegaterian n gluten options available? This would affect wat I put out now as it’s all space consuming.

Question 2 desserts yes or no as a carvery people tend to fill up on there dinner and in the passed iv only did 1 to 5 desserts a week witch leads to them been wasted. If interested I could do them as a takeaway option.

People’s thoughts as I want as many honest answers this will lead to a comp let me know you thoughts good or bad and I’ll pick a random person for a free carvery for 4 please like share n leave u comments thank you

It’s finally here pay day weekend and we’re back Sunday with our carvery roast beef,pork shoulder,turkey breast,gammon and those massive dumplings mash roast potatoes and a choice of 7 different vegetables meaty gravy and a giant Yorkshire pudding.
