Done a private dinner for 7 lovely women celebrating turning 40 in the same year.
What a night it was and it felt so rewarding and personal.
Enjoyed every second.

Been quiet for a while as I’ve been in Beverley working quite a lot and what a great time that’s been but now I’ve got a Nice couple of months lined up for work.

Ullswater for five days in the lakes.
Tomahawk steakhouse in saltburn for four weeks.
Birmingham for 21 days for the commonwealth games.
Hopefully get a space for the World Cup and this year will be sorted with some crazy work.

Back at tomahawk Beverley for the rest of the week cooking up the best steaks, sides and other treats. Then working at racecourse for the week doing the grand national then on to the black swan in Helmsley with a old mate for a few weeks. Grateful for all the work coming in and opportunities that are arising. The fire is back 🔥🧑🏻‍🍳
