YES, YOU HEARD IT!

Many of you have been asking when we’ll be closing now summer is coming to an end, but we’re incredibly excited to say we’ll be continuing our Crystal Palace pop-up on both Saturdays & Sundays through until Christmas (with a little break 10th-23rd November).

We’re excited to move with the seasons and have our autumnal favourites available by the scoop before going full steam into our festive flavours.

We might be biased, but we believe good ice cream is a year round thing 🍦 🍦 🍦

TOASTED FIG LEAF & ALMOND ICE CREAM 🍃

As autumn settles in, we’ve been busy preserving the last of this season’s fig leaves.

We dry, then toast them lightly, which softens their grassy edge and brings out the coconut and vanilla notes underneath. Ground to a fine powder, they’re folded through our almond ice cream base.

It opens with something close to pandan and finishes on a moreish, shortbread-like note from the almonds.

A fitting start to a figgy weekend!

Blackberry, Thai Basil, & Long Pepper 🚨

We start this flavour with plump organic Blackberries that create a bold tangy ice cream base. We give this a little bit of lift and contrast with Sutton Community Farm Thai basil lending a lovely anise like flavour and we finish this off with a touch of long pepper to add a smoky warmth to round everything out.

A scoop that sits delightfully between sorbet and ice cream with a flavour that builds over time.

Available by the scoop this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday in Haynes Lane Courtyard, Crystal Palace!

APPLE & CALVADOS CRUMBLE 🍏

We use a mix of Braeburn, Golden Delicious and Granny Smith apples, cooked down into a jammy compote and spiced with cinnamon, vanilla and a splash of Normandy Calvados before scattering our brown sugar oat crumble throughout.

A seasonal favourite as we transition into autumn.
