The Alchemist of Spartacouscous When Chef Adel Qatramiz witnessed Croydon burning in the 2012 riots, he decided to do something about it.

In 2013 he launched The Alchemist Restaurant - a care-in-the-community, semi-co-operative and not-for-profit charitable social enterprise.
