Chris brings forth an impressive 30+ years of culinary experience. Having worked in renowned establishments including Ackerman, Good Food Guide, 2 AA Rosette, and Michelin Star Restaurants and Hotels, Chris’s expertise is unparalleled. Notably, Chris’s exceptional skills have been previously recognised through the prestigious NMT (Nursery Management Today), Chef of the Year Award. Signature Catering Ltd provides many different types of culinary delights and more recently has added another string to its bow called “The Roaring Donkey”. This is a Mobile Kitchen and Bar that can provide a variety of services, which can be tailored to the individual needs of any occasion. A birthday feast in Dogmersfield

We catered a private birthday party for 50 guests with a menu made for sharing and packed with flavour.

Juicy burgers topped with smoky BBQ pulled pork and melted smoked cheese, grilled bratwurst with onions, chicken kebabs, and juicy prawn and chorizo skewers.

Alongside the BBQ, we served focaccia with roasted vegetables and mozzarella, creamy Caesar salad, fresh Greek salad, homemade coleslaw, cous cous with roasted vegetables, tomatoes with mozzarella and basil pesto, plus a green salad with avocado.

A relaxed celebration with plenty of good food on the table.

500 Canapés

A busy kitchen at Signature Catering, preparing 500 canapés for a corporate event.

On the menu were crispy halloumi with baba ganoush and pickled cucumber, smashed avocado on artisan bread with roasted tomatoes and cress, bruschetta with mozzarella pearls, tomato and basil pesto, smoked salmon crostini with cream cheese and salmon caviar, and beef carpaccio with toasted brioche, tomato chutney and Parmesan crisp.

Plenty of prep, plenty of detail, and a lot of canapés.

Roaring Donkey Mobile Bar & Kitchen by Signature Catering Ltd had the pleasure of catering at the stunning Cowdray Park Polo Club, a truly special setting for an exclusive event.

Our menu was all about quality food, cooked fresh and served straight from the grill:

A wonderful 60th birthday celebration in Goring-on-Sea, with a relaxed summer menu for family and friends to enjoy.
