🎓 Graduation day arrives next Monday, and will be alive with celebrations around the Cathedral.

While Tales of Tea at St Mary's Guildhall is closed earlier in the week, we’ll be ready to welcome graduates and their families from Thursday onwards to continue the celebrations in one of the city’s most historic settings next door to Coventry Cathedral ruins. ✨

As a congratulations from us, every graduate dining from our brunch, lunch or afternoon tea menu (subject to availability) will receive a complimentary glass of bubbles to toast their achievement. 🥂

We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Waiting Staff & Bar Person for Tales of Tea.

The Waiting Staff role at Tales of Tea involves delivering high-quality customer service within a charming dining environment at St Mary’s Guildhall. The position requires welcoming guests and ensuring their experience during breakfast, afternoon tea, and lunch is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
➡️Guest Service & Hospitality
➡️Food and Beverage Service
➡️ Teamwork and Operations

Qualifications & Skills
➡️Previous experience in a Café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
➡️A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
➡️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
➡️ Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
➡️A Professional, well-presented appearance with a courteous manner.
➡️ Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and occasional special events.

Salary: £10.21 - £12.71 Dependant on age.

** This role expects Bar Experience and must be 18+ and able to work weekends, day and evening/night shifts for events **
