After numerous tests and refinements, Chef Eddie has finally found a brand-new companion for 5A Japanese Wagyu—Suzaku’s specially crafted Korean barbecue sauce. The perfect union of the two brings out the unique charm of the Wagyu even more. We’ve given it an incredibly romantic name: “Seoul Meets Snow.” Paired with our signature Harry’s Magic Box and the Flame of Love, I dare say this is one of a kind in Caterham—and even in London.

Dear Customers,

Hope you all have a wonderful summer holidays. We would like to inform you that from next week, Toriton Izakaya will no longer be offering lunch service. Moving forward, we will be focusing exclusively on dinner service.

For all our customers who still hold valid lunch vouchers, please rest assured – your vouchers will be honoured. You are welcome to use them at our brand-new location, Suzaku Izakaya, which will be opening soon in Caterham!

We truly apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause and sincerely thank you for your continued support. We look forward to welcoming you at Toriton for dinner, or at Suzaku Izakaya for lunch very soon!
