Can’t stop replaying last nights
Taster Menu in my head;
The excitement;
The anticipation;
The nerves.
Our customers smiles, encouragement and positive comments 🥰
Our fantastic food 🍔
The stress in the kitchen (mainly mine) 🤯
We definitely threw ourselves in at the deep end 🫣
Plenty of things to reflect upon & review.
One thing that doesn’t need much thought though is the Hash Brown v Hash Brown Bite ‘debate’. Seems that I ‘won’ that one with almost three times as many Bites being ordered 😉
