I’ve had the pleasure of making this chocolate gluten free birthday cake.

When I was asked to do this cake I knew I would be coming out of my comfort zone as it had fondant work on it, but I think I did ok, feeling a bit proud of myself.

I would like to send my congratulations to Mr and Mrs Randell.

I had the absolute pleasure in doing their wedding cake for them.

It was a 2-tier semi-naked cake, bottom tier was vanilla and the top was lemon drizzle.

This amazing couple deserved the cake of their dreams.

They also requested vanilla shortbread to be placed on the tables.

Now from the Auntie side of things thank you so much for sharing the day you became husband and wife with us, it was truly wonderful to see two amazing people tie the knot.
