Its been a varied week of catering for me which is just the way I like it☺️
Theres been a lovely selection of summer tarts, a classic chicken Caesar salad (my favourite), too many finger sandwiches to count and a nod to Asia with hot smoked salmon with sushi rice, avocado, sesame & dipping sauces.
Please get in touch if you are having a get together but want to relax and leave the catering to someone else - thats what Im here for 😃

Freshly baked artisan bread anyone? These are just some of the loaves heading to Church Street Stores this morning. There's both white and granary sourdough, oregano and rosemary focaccias, rye & sunflower and seeded spelt loaves - something to suit all tastes😊

Some days your BBQ is for more than just sausages - whole (slightly charred😄) roast chicken with cumin spiced new potatoes on tamarind yoghurt. Alongside is a fresh Greek salad and a lovely concoction of smoked mackerel, mixed grains, beetroot & orange - delicious😊

All my favourite things in one cookie - macadamia nuts, cranberries and white chocolate😊. Oh dear - seems I have broken one, ill have to eat it 😉.
These, plus freshly baked sourdough and focaccia will be at Catkin Blooms tomorrow morning from 10am (if you're quick!)

Chawleigh market tomorrow from 10am for freshly baked sourdough, focaccia, rustic white bread and crispy onion loaves plus lemon drizzle cakes and anything else I think of in the meantime😊

Black Forest muffins just out of the oven (I sampled mine whilst still warm and gooey🤭) ready for delivery to Catkin Blooms in the morning. Then my favourite double chocolate ganache cake - having tried many, many, many chocolate cakes this one still remains the best ever😊

Its back to baking this morning so thought id invent a new focaccia flavour - pimiento stuffed green olive. Don't think Italians would approve but hopefully my customers will🤞
If you want to try it plus these other loaves (and lemon drizzle cakes obviously) then head to Church Street Stores this morning 😊

Beautiful Vietnam with amazing food - pot roasted caramelized pork with jasmine rice followed by honeycomb cake & coconut icecream, delicious. And then I found a food market - im in heaven 😇

In case the photos aren't a giveaway, im not in Copplestone! Im currently eating and drinking my way round Vietnam (all in the name of research obviously 😉) so no bread, cakes etc until im back home in early May😄

Roasted tomato & red pepper soup ready for Chawleigh monthly Community Market tomorrow morning. There will also be lovely crusty sourdough, focaccias, sun dried tomato & oregano plaits and hopefully some rocky road bars 🤞
This is the last chance to get hold of my bread for a couple of weeks as Im off on my travels so pop down from 10am to grab some before they disappear 😊
