What could be better than a stack of my favourite gingerbread & white chocolate cookies - theyre so special they even get their own little pockets😀, pretty paper courtesy of Church Street Stores.
These cookies (if there are any left!) will be on my stall at the fair tomorrow with lots of other yummy things. Plus you'll also find amazing local crafts and lashing of tea - perfect😊

Laid back party food for a relaxed family get together.
My clients menu consisted of pulled pork with roasted red onion & caramelised apple alongside orange & ginger glazed pulled chicken. Then Dauphinpoise potatoes (ready portioned to avoid squabbles😄) and a selection of salads. Puddings were my favourite ruby fruit salad full of berries, grapes & peaches in a fresh raspberry coulis. And finally a ridiculously luscious salted caramel & chocolate ganache cheesecake😊.
All delivered in recyclable containers so no mess or washing up👍

Beautiful afternoon tea delivered to your door😊
As with all my catering, there is no set menu - you choose whichever sandwiches, savoury bites, mini desserts or cakes you fancy. Everything is home made by me allowing for any dietary requirements. I can deliver your treats then disappear in a puff of smoke or stay to help serve the tea (or prosecco😉).
My prices start from £15 per head so a bit of luxury maybe more affordable than you think☺️

at the Boniface Centre for a stall full of goodies 😊
Ill be up early baking a range of artisan bread - sourdough, focaccia & more plus a lovely selection of jams using nearly all home grown fruit - plum, damson, strawberry & jumbleberry.
If thats not enough therell be biscotti and my favourite gingerbread & white chocolate cookies!

Theres enough for 4 chunky slices and even come with a lid which would actually fit if I wasn't so generous with the icing 🤦‍♀️.

One of my favourite sharing platters today - Middle Eastern sausage & pepper bake which is a delicious medley of red onion, potato and sausage chunks spiced up with cumin, coriander, paprika and pul biber. Dollops of thick Greek yoghurt and chilli sauce finish it off perfectly 😊

A few pics from last week that I didnt get time to post 🤯
A delicious rib eye steak Caesar salad, a rich fruit cake topped with glazed nuts & fruit, a yummy chocolate ganache cake and some dinky ciabatta rolls just right for a pic nic😊.

Perfect summer evening food - Piedmont peppers with roasted tomatoes & garlic, then a salad with griddled peaches, halloumi, serrano ham, zaatar, and finished with my new favourite ingredient - lemon pyramid salt from Cyprus.
Any of these, plus about another 200 😄, can be part of a buffet menu or as sides to accompany a BBQ. Feel free to get in touch if you are planning a summer get together 😊
