🚨 FULL-TIME BAR SUPERVISOR REQUIRED 🚨
📍 The Old House at Home, Cleckheaton
We’re looking for an experienced, confident and reliable Bar Supervisor to join our team! 🍻
This is NOT just a standard bar role — you’ll be working closely alongside the operators and learning the full day-to-day running of a busy community pub.
⭐ EXPERIENCE IS A MUST ⭐
We’re looking for someone who is:
🍺 Experienced in a busy bar/pub environment
🔧 Cellar trained
💨 Gas trained
👥 Confident supervising & supporting a team
💷 Comfortable with cash handling & responsibility
🧹 Able to maintain high standards throughout the pub
💪 Reliable, hardworking and able to take the lead
😊 Friendly, confident & brilliant with customers
THE ROLE
You’ll work alongside the operators, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of running the pub — not just serving behind the bar.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has strong pub experience and wants to step up, take on more responsibility and develop their management skills.
⏰ Full-time position
🌙 Various hours — predominantly evenings & weekends
🎉 Every alternate weekend off
