🌿 A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Thai Trinity Supper Club last night! 🌿

We had such a wonderful evening and really enjoyed sharing the experience with you all. Thank you for your fantastic support, lovely feedback and great company.

As so many of you loved our new Pad Thai Spring Rolls and Fresh Summer Rolls, we'll be adding them to the menu atm.

🥒 As an added bonus, every main meal will now be served with a fresh, zingy home-grown cucumber salad, made with cucumbers, herbs and basil pesto from our own walled garden (while stocks last).

Our cucumbers are growing faster than we can pick them, so we'd love you to help us enjoy the harvest! 🌱🥒

📅 Don't forget: 🌮 Tapas Tuesdays are back, with a selection of delicious Thai tapas dishes to mix, match and share. 🌍 Worldwide Wednesdays are coming soon, taking your taste buds on a culinary journey around the globe. We'd love to hear which country you'd like us to visit first!

Fresh, colourful and bursting with flavour – perfect for warm summer days in the Fox & Hounds garden.

Our summer menu includes:

🌈 Rainbow Salad – Vermicelli noodles with prawns, crisp vegetables, fresh herbs, peanuts, crispy shallots and satay chicken skewers, finished with our tamarind dressing.

🌯 Summer Rolls – Fresh rice paper rolls packed with crunchy vegetables, herbs & prawns, served with our homemade peanut dipping sauce.

🍢 Chicken Satay Salad – Tender grilled satay chicken skewers served over our fresh vegetable salad.

🥬 Larb Salad – A classic Thai minced chicken or pork salad with herbs, lime and toasted rice, served in crisp lettuce cups.

🥒 Cucumber Sesame Salad – Crisp home grown cucumber with toasted sesame seeds, chilli, spring onion and a light soy dressing.

🥗 Som Tum – Authentic Thai green papaya salad with cherry tomatoes, long beans, peanuts & fresh lime.

🍅 Caprese Salad – Buffalo mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.

🥗 Caesar Salad – Crisp lettuce, parmesan, croutons and creamy Caesar dressing.

Things are moving forward really positively at the Fox & Hounds, and we’re excited for what’s coming next.
We’re working closely as a team and putting together some beautiful new and improved dishes inspired by our travels — full of flavour, warmth, and a little bit of adventure 🌿
