Every. Single. Time.
Savasana is where the good ideas suddenly arrive because it’s the first moment in class your senses stop obsessing over things. This is Pratyahara, the 5th limb of yoga: drawing senses inward so your mind can hear itself (PS. an eye pillow helps more than you think)

How many times have you had a life changing thought during Savasana and then completely forgot about it? 😩

By the time the teacher says “gently wiggle your fingers and toes” that thought is gone and all I’ve kept is “buy soy milk”.

I didn’t set out to build *just another* yoga brand 🤓

I wanted to create the kind of yoga space I was looking for but struggled to find.
A place where beginners don’t feel intimidated.
Where people of colour see themselves represented.
Where yoga doesn’t have to look a certain way to “count”.
Where beautiful, thoughtfully designed products meet an accessible practice.

So my days look a little chaotic…
