Let me introduce the new managers at Bollicini, the three R’s…

Roman, Ross and Ryan… and they will be looking after you making sure you have a fabulous enjoyable and fun time with us.

Today saw them trying out our Christmas Cocktail menu, and critiquing Roman’s creations.

Overall Roman was given a 9/10 by the guys, just a couple of tweaks to one of the cocktails then we are ready to roll. So watch this space.

Finally, we have some news to share with you and trust me we are beyond excited.

After a break of three years due to COVID, we can confirm that our famous Italian Gala Evenings are back.

Celebrity Chef Francesco Gotti along with his team will once again prepare a banquet of 5 ⭐️ food for you to enjoy. Along with a prosecco reception and pairing wines with each course.

And what better way to re-launch these amazing evenings than having the fantastic Opera duo Belle Voci perform and the wonderful Ed Norris as Frank Sinatra.

Finally, three years in the making Bollicini Catering hosted one of the most prestigious events of the year for Aaron & Partners Solicitors.

The IAG Global Assembly launched their first event at the stunning Chester Cathedral with Bollicini Catering providing the hospitality for the evening.

Guests were treated to an exquisite display of authentic Italian cuisine and fine wines. To accompany this memorable event the Welsh National Opera performed an unbelievable accompaniment to the evening’s proceedings.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this event to which without you it would not happen.

Please excuse my photography skills, but I wanted to give you a taster before the professional ones are showcased by the wonderful Raymond Jones Images.

Guests on Thursday evening were treated to five splendid food islands and a variety of tantalising cuisine.

Lobster and oysters from Francesco, salamis from various regions of Italy, parma ham freshly sliced by Angelo, homemade pasta freshly cooked in front of our guests by Elia, mini fish and chips in cones and tempura vegetables by Francois, finished with delightful patisseries and a chocolate fountain which went down a treat.

Truly magnificent!
