Something different - our first wedding booking over the weekend!

We cooked up the following on this brilliant customer trailer BBQ:

7kg Beef Strip Loin & Carved
1.5kg Venison Loin
1.5kg Venison Chuck
15kg Chicken thighs
1kg Polish Sausage

All cooked and plated up on time just after the speeches at this beautiful venue in Hampshire; whilst working in unison with an on-site kitchen & service team.

100 steaks in one hour!
Very busy.
Slight menu change to keep up with demand & add some summer variety. Flatbreads instead of chips. Worked a charm.

One thing we always try and do is talk to as many customers as possible, feedback, pro’s/negs, other experiences they’ve had.
