Kicking off the first of our pub classics series is The Cheeseburger. 6oz dry aged patty from is served in a soft steamed bun with house burger sauce, pickles & cheese, with fries for £20.

Next month we're excited to welcome , Head Chef of .newnham to The Tivoli for a special one-night dinner.

Fred's cooking is all about making the most of the season, using the best local produce from the Forest of Dean & Wye Valley. Having previously worked at Heckfield Place & Spring, he share's Pete & Tom's passion for fresh, ingredient-led food.

£60 per person for a four course meal & welcome drink.
