We're looking for enthusiastic, experienced Front of House Team Members to join our growing team.

Hours Available

- Part-time and full-time positions
- Evening and weekend availability is essential
- Must be available to work Bank Holidays and throughout the festive season

Pay

- National Minimum Wage (age appropriate)

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with at least two years' experience working in a busy pub restaurant who can hit the ground running.

You'll ideally have experience in:

- Table service and waiting on customers
- Changing kegs and gas cylinders
- General cellar duties
- Excellent knowledge of draught products, spirits and wines
- Delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will:

- Be friendly, confident and approachable
- Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Be able to work independently as well as as part of a team
- Use their own initiative and take pride in their work
- Be able to spot what needs doing and get on with it without being asked
- Remain calm under pressure while maintaining high standards of service
- Be reliable, punctual and committed to delivering a great customer experience every shift
