Chef Joni Lutzman's food obsession leads to a dining experience based on fresh, healthy, seasonal and local food. Having worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years in many differing styles of restaurants Joni believes that fresh is best and takes pride in using locally souced ingredients.

We have been absolutely overwhelmed with the response to our pop-up bakery in Whitehead- thank you so much for all your support! We really didn't expect to have such demand and are ever so grateful for this. 🙏

Exciting things are starting to happen at 2 Marine Avenue as the renovations begin under new ownership. We will now be upgrading our own home kitchen to a commercial level and will have to press pause in the interm to get things up to speed. So, we are taking a little break but will be back with more bakes, more sourdough and some new exciting products too! Itll be worth the wait. We promise. X 👋😎

The next chapter begins..📖

Hey everyone, sorry we have been so quiet on here recently. The bistro is now closed for renovations and will open later in the year under new ownership! We are really delighted to finally share this news for you and are excited to see how it will all unfold at 2 Marine Avenue. 😃 It may be come as abit of a shock but we have been planning Jonis exit from service for over 2 years now. 👨‍🍳 We will continue with our coffee shop Cove Glenarm and also selling our sourdough and bakes. 📌 Blackhead Lighthouse just before sunrise 💫

A great angle to showcase the coastal walk from Whitehead to Blackhead Lighthouse in Co Antrim.

Definitely one of the most underrated and unique walks in NI, and just 15 minutes from Belfast, the City seen sleeping in the distance of this shot.

Morning, noon, or night the views are unreal 👌 A great wee walk for a family day out, and unlike some others along the Antrim Coast, these views are free 😎
