Investing in our team means investing in every guest’s experience. 🇮🇹

Today, our team came together for an interactive training session focused on the complete journey of great service—from the first warm welcome to the final goodbye.

We discussed, practised, shared ideas and tested our menu knowledge, all with one goal: to keep improving the experience we give every person who walks through our doors.

We’re incredibly proud of our team and their commitment to learning, supporting one another and delivering the warm, attentive and professional service Adriano’s is known for.

What a weekend it's been.

Yesterday afternoon's sudden downpour caused disruption across the city, and we know several local restaurants and businesses were affected. Our thoughts are with everyone dealing with the clean-up, and we hope they're back on their feet very soon. ❤️

Here at Adriano's, we were fortunate. Apart from a little water in the cellar and a few bottles of w**e that sadly didn't survive 🍷😅, we escaped without any major damage. We're incredibly grateful.

Most importantly, thank you.

To everyone who dined with us this week, recommended us to friends, left a review, or simply continues to support a local independent restaurant—you mean the world to us.

We're taking Sunday and Monday to recharge, and we'll be back on Tuesday, ready to welcome you with authentic Italian food, warm hospitality and plenty of smiles.

Have a wonderful rest of your weekend, and if you're one of the businesses affected by yesterday's weather, we're wishing you a speedy recovery.
