When I first moved to the UK, Lampeter became my first home. I lived there with my husband’s family, who have been part of the community for over 50 years, and made so many happy memories walking around the University campus with my little one.

Four years later, I’m back for Lampeter Food Festival, this time bringing authentic Sichuan food from my hometown! ❤️

I’m super thrilled to say that out of 3000 applicants Mama Lala has been selected as a finalist for the 2026 Welsh Street Food Awards! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇬🇧

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Mama Lala, queued at my stall, recommended me to friends, and shown me so much love. ❤️
