Congratulations F*ck Off Dave who won this week's quiz! A top effort all night from these guys!
After every single round, F*ck Off Dave were top of the table. After round two, they were comfortably ahead of second place Three Must Get Beers by 18 points. Even by round four, our pizza related round, the Beers were still trying to overtake them, reducing their lead by just one point.
Old Skulls United bagged the Nearest Win question, putting them top temporarily. A bit of back and forth between the Skulls and the Daves ensued, but as we got to our food-themed music round, they were 25 points ahead.
There are many more points to be won (and lost) in our Evil Music round, which can see change at the top, but F*ck Off Dave we're pretty comfortably in first place throughout, apart from a couple of questions they didn't know, including Peaches and the Weezer question. They played it safe by not answering, and Old Skulls knew the answers, reducing the gap to 11 points (not a lot in the final round!).
But it wasn't enough, it was clearly F*ck Off Dave's night! Well done team!
