We will be open but closing earlier at 3pm ! It's forecast very hot again and it's a lot hotter inside the hut!

We do apologise for the inconvenience of not being able to have chippy tea Friday from us this week ... back to normal hours (9.30-6pm) on Saturday !

Please do not walk your dogs in this weather!

If you have any pets in cages ( rabbits, Guinea pigs etc)
Please make sure they are put in the coolest place possible.. imagine being in a wooden hutch with fur on today 🥺

Due to the very high temperature predicted on Thursday 25th The Green Hut will not be opening.

We apologise if this causes any inconvenience but the safety and welfare of staff are priority. We will be open every other day and appreciate your patience as staff take extra breaks due to the heat.

For all the questions regarding our fish yesterday - we cut all our fish daily using Icelandic 16-32oz premium MSC certified cod 🐟
The 'square' is actually the cod loin which is the best part which is then butterflied as it's so thick. We then also get a large size cod and several goujons out of one fish ... hope that explains everyone's queries 😊 Happy Saturday 💚
