Friday lunch just got better at The Dough & Bean.

Every Friday throughout August, you can grab ANY of our freshly hand stretched pizzas for just £5.00.

Our dough is made fresh in-house in small batches, giving it plenty of time to develop that proper sourdough flavour and texture.

Because we make our dough fresh rather than mass-producing it, once it’s gone, it’s gone – and with pizzas at £5, we’re expecting to sell out.

We’re pleased to let you know that The Dough & Bean has reopened following a little break, with a refreshed menu and an even bigger focus on fresh, homemade food.

WE’RE HIRING – CHEF / MANAGER
The Dough & Bean - STOCKTON-ON-TEES

We’re an independent coffee shop and bakery making sourdough pizza and fresh bread daily, and we’re looking for a hands-on Chef / Manager to lead the kitchen and run the show day to day.

The role:
• Make and bake sourdough pizza and bread
• Look after our sourdough starters and food quality
• Lead, train, and motivate a small team
• Manage daily operations, rotas, and stock
• Keep service friendly, smooth, and welcoming

You’ll need:
• Solid experience with sourdough (bread or pizza)
• Kitchen leadership or management experience
• A love of good food, coffee, and independent cafés
• A practical, calm, get-stuck-in attitude
