Day 3/3 coming up... Open 10-6! ✌️🩷

I'll be up early to bake some more cinnamon rolls (love), more biscoff brownie cookies (also love) and our salted caramel pretzel cookies (11/10 no notes!) 😍

We'll also have some cinnamon roll cookies bars, black forest cake, smores brownies, pistachio ganache brownies , freshly baked homemade sausage rolls, all the coffee you could want.... Chai, matcha, hot choc... The list goes on 😍😍😍

And don't forget about our stupidly cheesy toasties (daaaaaaamn girl!)

Anyway, come get your treats until 6pm, can't wait to see you 🥰

My god it's been a busy day of baking here, and I'm VERY excited for tomorrow's counter 😍

S'mores brownies, cinnamon rolls (and cinnamon roll cookies!), caramel apple cake, lemon and blueberry cake, pesto and sun-dried tomato focaccia, BBQ pulled pork toasties... Loads of other stuff I've probably forgotten as well. 😂

Open 10-6 Saturday, time for a little payday treat... 👀

NEW COOKIE ALERT 🚨

These are coming with me to Cheveley Farmers Market tomorrow so you'd better get yourselves down there! 👀

🥧 PECAN PIE - we've mixed pecan pie into the cookie dough, filled it with a chunk of pecan pie, and topped it with a drizzle of maple ganache 😍

🍂 CINNAMON ROLL - this one's a suuuuper soft cookie that we've mixed LOADS of cinnamon rolls into and oh my god its SO good. Obv finished with a little glaze and a sprinkle of cinnamon ✌️

Things I'm v excited about rn:

🍰 Caramel apple cake - made with a new sponge recipe and omg it's the softest, most moist sponge I've ever eaten 😍

🍫 New recipe brownies - I've gone all food science on our usual brownie recipe and my god it has paid off BIG TIME (even tho it took forever to brown the butter omg 💀)

🍮 Baked cheesecake that's sooooo creamy you wouldn't believe it's been baked (this week's comes topped with a whipped white choc pistachio ganache 👀)

🍪 Blueberry matcha cookies. I don't need to say anything more on this one, apart from 😍😍😍😍

Okay, morning waffle over, I'd better get myself in that kitchen and get baking! Don't forget the cake is open 10-6 today, plenty of time to get your weekend treats ✌️

(P.s., we've got loaaaaads of cinnamon rolls today as well!)

We've been having a lot of fun testing out drinks these last couple of weeks I can't lie, and you definitely don't wanna miss these 😍

☕ SALTED CARAMEL PECAN LATTE

Of course, we can switch hot for iced or vice versa but these are our faves! And you can always DIY your own drink whenever 🙌

(All the specials can be made vegan, apart from the chai as the chai base contains dairy x)

I have literally just realised captions haven't been posting the last couple of weeks whoops! 😭

Anyway, we've got plenty of new things on the counter today 😍 a lot of them I don't have photos of yet but it's on the to do list after I finish making some more stuff this morning 😂

We've got two different types of focaccia, I'll be making some filled croissants and maybe a few blueberry almond tarts... And I've got to finish off some chocolate mousse cakes that I'm VERY excited about but more on those later 👀😍

And of course, we've got our usual bakes as well 🙌
