So....I can not tell you how happy I am at this brilliant news...today got a FIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food Hygiene Rating!!!! I’m a mum and love cooking food at home for my family but...food in a business sense is a whole new world to me and the build up this week to the inspection today has been daunting 😩 when you don’t know what to expect!! But, It’s so important to demonstrate hygiene and that ur wise & prepared around food allergens especially, it’s about showing your competent too by organising your paperwork to prove this. NEVER will I ever look at any food establishment displaying this rating and not take on board the hard work they put in to get it...well done is what I’ll be thinking and that you smashed it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
⭐️Anyway, I won’t rattle on anymore but, as you can tell I’m chuffed to bits because i always work sooo hard in the background, everyday on my business but...I’ve worked really hard at this on my own to organise all the paperwork that people in this trade will understand is important...& key, our beautiful little Horsebox selling amazing, handcrafted, authentic woodfired pizzas has been recognised for being great⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️....
