💙 While many people are enjoying a relaxing Sunday morning, our Care Team is already out in the community supporting the wonderful people who rely on us. 💙
Many people know us for our cleaning services, but what some don't realise is that we also have a dedicated Home Support & Care Team. We don't just clean homes... we help people stay happy, safe and independent in their own homes. 🏡
This morning, one of my lovely ladies received her morning visit, which included:
☕ A fresh cup of tea
🥣 Breakfast prepared
🧺 Washing put on
🛏️ Bed made
🦵 Legs washed and creamed
🥪 Lunch prepared
👕 Dry washing sorted away
✨ A quick tidy and wipe around
🌞 Curtains and blinds opened
🪟 Windows opened to let some fresh air in
❤️ But one of the most important parts of every visit is something you can't put on a care plan... taking the time to sit down with a brew and have a proper chat.
There are no rushed visits, no stopwatch, and no pressure. We believe everyone deserves company, kindness and someone who genuinely has the time to listen. Sometimes that cup of tea and conversation means just as much as the practical help.
This evening, we'll return to:
🌅 Close the windows, curtains and blinds
🍽️ Prepare an evening meal
👕 Get nightwear ready
🥤 Leave plenty of drinks within easy reach
🌙 Make sure everything is safe, comfortable and ready for a peaceful night
Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference. ❤️
