A rock in the kitchen at Source Bistro
Charlie has been here since the very first service, working part time whilst studying at Suffolk New College up until last Summer when he continued his journey with us as a full time Commis Chef.
He is the definition of a right hand man. Keeping the kitchen clean and preparing multiple elements of all dishes.

Well done Charlie, here’s to many more years of craftsmanship with us 👏👏👏
