Our Vegan Vegetable tart contains sauteed Mediterranean vegetables in a soft bread crumb tart, a bed of seasonal vegetables, and is served with tender stem brocoli, golden roast potatoes, roasted carrots and parsnips.

It's the perfect roast dinner for those who are vegetarian or vegan, or those who simply fancy something other than a traditional roast with meat.🍽️
