Subject: A Farewell Message from Hayes Street Kitchen

Dear All,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of the torch at Hayes Street Kitchen. Over the past few years, it has been an honor and a joy to serve each and every one of you, along with your beloved canine companions.

Unfortunately, due to a long-term and serious illness, I have made the difficult decision to part ways with Hayes Street Kitchen. Ensuring that the restaurant continues to thrive and flourish is of utmost importance to me, which is why I have carefully selected a new owner who brings with them a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. I am confident that they will take Hayes Street Kitchen to new heights, surpassing even my own efforts.

Though bidding farewell is never easy, I am comforted by the thought of the bright future that lies ahead for Hayes Street Kitchen under its new leadership. I will be eagerly awaiting the grand reopening in just a couple of weeks, and I hope to see many familiar faces there.

I sincerely apologize for the short notice, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and patronage over the years. You have truly made Hayes Street Kitchen a special place, and I will cherish the memories we’ve created together forever.
