Such a simple way to document your funeral service wishes. This isn't a plan, but a way of letting your loved ones know what you want included in your funeral service. Music, any poems or readings, who you would like to speak at your service and also if you have any specific requests, like everyone wearing a certain colour, or your favourite flowers.

These are free, I send them out to whoever needs one.

have made it into the Sunday Express hard copy (online version on Saturday) and paper version today....

To say I am proud of what myself and Sacha Marie Mulligan have achieved, is an understatement.

But we dont rest on our laurels, we keep moving, driving forward, not giving up and not listening to those who say we cant do it.

We can, and we will.

Every family who is organising a funeral for a loved one, deserves to have those entering their homes, to be DBS checked as MANDATORY.

This needs to happen. No exception.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the Silence to Violence event and giving a talk. It was organised by Gary Valentine Fuller and held at the amazing Prince of Peckham pub.

What amazing people I met there, including Benali Hamdache and Claire Sheppard and meeting the amazing Lucy Cope of Mothers Against Guns UK .

We were entertained by the superb voice of RaeSimmonsMusic and DJ Jodie Lee Stainer
