Party food for a birthday party today :)

Tonight we had our Moroccan night and served up Lentil, tomato & coconut soup, Couscous salad and the main dish of fish cooked in tomato and olives served with sour dough bread. And some of us wanted spicy chapli kebab burgers , with spicy Mexican cheese , jalapeño and masala 🍟

Today we served Roasted Aubergines with harissa and yoghurt sauce. We also had Besani (gram flour) Roti with chilli garlic chutney, cooling yoghurt and lemon salad.
