We’re calling this “The Spicy Pig” it’s topped with some lovely Pepperoni, Nduja, Mozzarella, Caramelised Onions, and then the crusts are covered in Parmesan.

Sunday was an exciting day for us, as we dropped the first episode of our new YouTube series, Source to Service - over on the Cripps & Co YouTube channel.

The start of something bigger and better for you guys in terms of content on our pages. We documented a day following Baz & Fred around some of our favourite local suppliers Ampney Brook Farm & Jesse Smith & WJ Castle collecting various goodies, before returning to firing up the bbq, and cheffing up a delightful meal. All enjoyed ‘Al fresco’ in the beautiful orchard at Ivy Lodge, much like the weddings of old at Cripps Barn.

We can’t wait to see where this series goes, as we continue to build on it and create more. So please go and check it out, give us some feedback if you have any, and let us know on what you want to see next! We’ve got some epic ideas planned.

Yesterday, our in house run club took on the Cirencester Summer Sizzler 10k. It was fantastic to get the team involved on a lovely evening up on the Bathurst estate. Everyone did incredibly well, but a couple achievements to note, Rupert nailed his first ever 10k cruising home up the hill, after only running a couple of 5ks beforehand. And then we had Callum storming home into 5th place, running a rapid 35.5 min 10k.

If you’re looking for a fun, inclusive and local run club in Cirencester, give us a shout. We run every Monday at 6.30pm.
